1. Product Description

Damper Pro is a suspension damper data logging device designed for instrumentation and measurement purposes. It records damper stroke, velocity, and position data for analysis.

2. Important Disclaimer

Damper Pro is an instrumentation device only. It is not a safety device.

Damper Pro is used entirely at the owner's risk. The device provides data for informational and analysis purposes only. It does not modify, control, or affect the operation of your vehicle's suspension system in any way.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring their vehicle is safe and roadworthy at all times. Data provided by Damper Pro should not be used as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions about vehicle suspension components.

3. Use at Owner's Risk

By purchasing and using Damper Pro, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The device is used entirely at your own risk
  • The device is for data collection and analysis only
  • The device is not a substitute for professional suspension inspection or maintenance
  • You are responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle at all times
  • We accept no liability for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use of this device or any decisions made based on the data it provides

4. Motorsport Use

If used in a motorsport or track environment, you acknowledge the inherent risks of motorsport activity. Damper Pro does not reduce or increase these risks — it provides data only. Always follow the regulations and safety requirements of your motorsport governing body, circuit, or event organiser.

5. Installation

The user is responsible for correct installation of the device. Incorrect installation may result in inaccurate data or damage to the device. Follow the included installation guide. If in doubt, seek advice from a qualified mechanic or suspension specialist.

6. Warranty

Damper Pro units are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from incorrect installation
  • Damage from impact, water ingress, or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications to the device

7. Returns

Unused, unopened units may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Units that have been installed or used are not eligible for return unless faulty. Contact us to arrange a return.

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Payment is processed securely via Lemonsqueezy. Your order confirmation and receipt will be sent by email.

9. Shipping

Units ship from the United Kingdom. UK shipping is included in the price. International shipping may be available at additional cost — contact us for details.

10. Data & Privacy

Damper Pro collects suspension data locally on your device via the app. We do not collect, store, or transmit your vehicle data to any server. Your data stays on your phone unless you choose to export it.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to Damper Pro is limited to the purchase price of the unit. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
